Fructofin® fructose may be used alone or in combination with other sweeteners in a variety of confections including chocolate, pralines, aerated confectionery, marshmallows, fudge, fondant, marzipan, gum and jelly confectionery. Fructofin® fructose is also used in liqueurs, where its higher solubility and resistance to crystallisation in alcohol compared to sucrose, is an advantage.
