Baby food manufacturers can take advantage of Fructofin® fructose as it is the sweetest sugar in nature.

This allows for the replacement of sucrose with lower quantities of Fructofin® fructose, reducing the total added sugars and often improving flavour.

Fructofin® fructose can also be used as parental nutrition, especially in infant formulas when combined with lactose.
