Carbonated Beverages

Fructofin® fructose enhances flavour in carbonated drinks and provides a higher sweetness than sucrose. Sugar reduction can easily be achieved by using Fructofin® fructose. In low calorie carbonated beverages, small amounts of Fructofin® fructose in the formulation can provide body and will also interact synergistically with the artificial sweeteners to camouflage their bitter after-tastes.
