Compendial Status
Fructofin® fructose, as manufactured and marketed by Danisco, conforms to the specifications set fourth in the monographs of Foods Chemicals Codex, third supplement (1992), and the United States Pharmacopoeia.
Food grades conforming to British, European and German Pharmacopoeiae are available.
Halal and Kosher Status
Fructofin® fructose, as manufactured by Danisco, is made from beet sugar and has Halal, Kosher and Kosher Parev status.
